Magical Horse, Noisey Seabird, Lord of Contemplation

Today, can we can make some great progress or have good health.

We see the horse is on the track, in the race  but where is it, ahead or behind?
You can stay on topic and  keep it moving.

There is assurance of good health.  You can run with the wind and get all the benefits of those endorphins.

Are the we the horse, on track - progressing magically?


Squawk, squawk, squawk sounds the noisy seabird. Just making noise. It can be very distracting. Listen behind the noise. Do what your heart tells you.

Use your intuition to hear the truth. Ask to hear the truth.There is physical distraction and interfering communication.

Today there is sharing information. It is a time to watch the words you speak and to consider the words of others in this light. Don't believe everything you hear.  As Don Miguel would say with his 5th Agreement,   "Be skeptical, but listen".

Can you concentrate and enter into deep meditation?

Give it a try or keep trying.

Before making a decision, do you give it great thought or just make it without thought?

Do you get in touch with your higher self and follow the inner guidance?

Give yourself the benefit of your meditative / neutral mind.

How is your progress today?  Communication is impaired. There may be communication interference.  Don't let the noise disturb you.  Find the truth in what is said.  You can concentrate and meditate. Go within or you go without.
