Bed, Lord of Benevolence, Secrets

The bed is the card of repose, illness or misconduct.  It symbolizes the physical need for rest as well as emotional relationships of great intensity.

We know we need rest.  We know we need to dream for rest to be effective. Yet we push the envelope.  Not getting enough rest is a cause of illness.

With the week we have had with the financial crisis, the emotions as well as many wallets have been hit hard.  It has a lot of people upset.  Time to get some rest.

Lord of Benevolence tells us to be open and allow.

First we are told to surrender then be open.  So what is this all about?

Something very powerful and magical is happening today.

During the Autumnal Equinox service a new intention was set for the next six months.  It is "Harmonize with Divine Abundance".

Be ready, open and be touched by the Divine as you harmonize with It.

There is a sense of timing that is going on here and a sense of order.

It is by shifting our emotions and focus that we see the truth and order.

When we can shift our emotions from fear to love, there is a shift that happens everywhere with everything.

Shift to Love and the benevolence of the Divine comes to you.

You are loved and blessed.

The Labyrinth, Angel of Fall, Virgo

The Labyrinth is our issue today.  We have wonderful energy with the Angel of Fall and outcome of Virgo.  So what's up?

Is it time now?  Is it time to realize?  Are there invisible forces helping now?

Are there emotional shifting of values?  Is there a change of ideas or perspective.

These are some of the questions that may come to mind with the Labyrinth or Secrets.  There is high energy coming from all levels.  Let the self come forth.

Everything is under control.  As with the seasons, they come right on time.  The energy is declining as we approach the Fall. Find serenity and repose today.  Enhance the feeling of self-confidence, not egotism.  This is usually a positive image.

The angel of Fall is Archangel Michael.  You may see her holding the scales similar to Libra.  The dates are also close.  I believe she is bringing Fall to us a little early.  It is a beautiful time of the year as the leaves change.  She tells us that things are changing and to prepare for the cold season.  Harvest while you can.

Virgo, thanks so much for being with us this year.  We love your energy too and recognize we have it only a few days more.  Your energy is more active as we approach Libra and the declining energy.  We are feeling the changes.

This past week we have been working with prayer.  We have also been doing organizing and getting ready for the yard sale.  This is a time to decide what to let go.  What treasures do you no longer use that would be a treasure to someone else?  Time to do Fall house clearing before house cleaning.  We are grateful for your love.

There is tremendous energy today.  Doing the right things at the right time makes you successful and blessed.  Tap into the Divine abundance and be happy in these days of change.

We are at the ISD Psychic Fair tonight from 6:30-8:30 pm at 5419 Sherier Pl. NW, Washington, DC.  Come and get a reading.  What are your questions?  Looking for confirmation - we do that too.  I'll be doing Shustah, Sacred Path, Psychometry and Past Lives Readings.  Hope to see you there.

You are loved and blessed.

The Labyrinth, Major Wish, Pale Horse

Is it time now?  Is it time to realize?  Are there invisible forces helping now?

Are there emotional shifting of values?  Is there a change of ideas or perspective.

These are some of the questions that may come to mind with the Labyrinth or Secrets.  There is high energy coming from all levels.  Does this remind you of the convention or some other activity.

Let the self come forth.

This is the card of fulfillment.  Can you hold the idea and see it manifest?

What is desired most is granted, conditioned by the other two cards of the spread.

This will bring things together, possibly a large wish made up of many smaller wishes.

What better way to get your wish than by sending out love to all hearts.  It comes back to you many fold.

Here we get our wish or we make our wish come true and then we get the Pale Horse which often refers to fear.  Don't panic, keep your emotions in check.  You'll do fine.

The pale horse is physical fear. It can rise to a higher level for protection when threatened or frightened.

It can also mean the power to leave an unfavorable situation.   Use the pale horse when we want to think and act swiftly.  There is a lot of power in the pale horse.

You are loved and blessed.

God's Labyrinth

Another name for the Secrets card is the Labyrinth.  I used this as the theme for today's homily at the Chapel.

Click here to read it and see if you see the influence of the reading and meditation in the homily.

You are loved and blessed.

Archangel Michael, Secrets, Open Door

Archangel Michael, is looking to the left.  She is concerned about integrity and courage.  Call upon her for assistance.

The Antakarana spins in circles.  It appears to have risen to a higher level.  What secrets are yet to be revealed?  Maybe it is not time yet to know.

The open door takes us outside.  What opportunities come when the door is open?  Keep your eyes open and watch for the opportunities that come to you.  Have a great day outside and en-joy.

You are loved and blessed.

Pisces, Secrets, Candle

Energy is coming in from Pisces. Be flexible and fluid today (and not wishy-washy).

The Antakarana spins from low to high and back again. We can use the Christ energy of Pisces to take us to higher levels. What secrets can we learn?

The candle is often a symbol of learning. When we learn what is hidden, we say we have discovered the secrets. You are the light, do not hide it. Share it along with the Christ energy and the energy of Spirit. Do you remember the song we sang as children? This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine. Find your child and sing.

You are loved and blessed.

Guardian Dog, Ouroboros, Secrets

We had a similar theme recently.

The guardian dog stands watch. We feel the loyalty and faithfulness. Your guardian angels are working 24/7 to keep you safe.

Connect with the All. Unity is the what we need today.

There are secrets everywhere. When we connect with the Divine, some of those hidden secrets are revealed. Meditation is key. Ask and you will receive.

You are loved and blessed.

Little Fish, Woolly Mammoth, Secrets

The school of fish is a group activity like little wishes. We can have our little wishes today,

By healing seeds from the past. We have the strength and can make strides today.

And we can reveal and understand some of the secrets that are around. Take it to a higher level.

You are loved and blessed.

Guardian Dog, Secrets, Sapphire

The beautiful dog is attentive and watching just like a guardian. They are so loyal and loving. We can learn much from our companions.

The Antakarana spins from low to high. When we are at a higher point, we can see more.

The blue sapphire brings us many facets which increase the clarity.

When we connect and touch into Spirit, we have a higher view and we can feel the love and loyalty.

You are loved and blessed.

Road of Indecision, Secrets, Black Cat

The road of indecision is a long journey in that there are diversions. That may be alright if we are more interested in the experience of the journey rather than the destination. Sometimes it's great to stop at the antique stores or chose to learn something else. It gives us the opportunity to see the big picture. There may be some confusion causing the indecision.

The antakarana moves in circles which is where secrets are found. Are you in the circle? This is the season to move in circles of friends, work associates and great for networking. Get the info you need so you can see the big picture.

The black cat separates the grass and tells us to be alert. Always good advice, especially at this time of year when things become so hectic.

Get perspective and see the big picture, this could apply to the holidays. Do the networking and find out what is going on. It will help you to stay informed and alert.

You are loved and blessed.

Major Wish, Butterflies, Secrets

We start Friday with our major wish. What is yours? Don't know, then work on creating it.

The butterflies are with us, bringing temporary happiness. They don't live too long, but they can fly. Enjoy it while you can.

Secrets, what is know and unknown. Meditate and reach higher states of consciousness. Touch into the All and great Source. There all secrets are known.

Sounds like Saturday is going to be an exciting one. Work on your wish. Fly like a butterfly. Bridge the gap from earth to heaven.

You are loved and blessed.

Foxes, Secrets, Fence

Interesting day on Monday.

The red foxes are on the prowl. They use the dark for stealth to feed. The moon brings light for them in the darkness. Right now, we are starting a new moon, with little light. The foxes are telling us that there are things happening that are not being seen. Use caution and protection, barriers and such to keep safe.

The secrets symbol also is a bridge. Meditation can take us to higher and higher levels. This forms a bridge. Today, we are bridging between the hidden of the foxes to the hidden on the other side of the veil.

The red fence shows us barriers and separation. Although we can't phsyically make full contact we can at least communicate. We can speak with our guides and angels if we are willing to try.

Make a bridge between the hidden and that which separates us. It will take some work and practice. You can do it.

You are loved and blessed.

Archangel Raphael, Secrets, Lord of Authority

Archangel Raphael is smiling with enthusiasm. There is growth and healing desired and coming your way. Note the circular spin of the energy.

Secrets are things that are hidden and awaiting the right time to come out. Sometimes you may know things that are secrets. Wisdom teaches us to not always show all we know. On a spiritual level, the energy is circling and taking us to a higher level. Archangel Raphael's energy is also circular but not as focused.

The Lord of Authority is telling us to surrender. He says: "Not your will, Divine will be done".

Powerful message today with Archangel Raphael and the Red Lord.

Use the energy from Raphael and do some healing or getting a fresh start. Take your efforts to a higher and higher level until you hear the word from the red Lord. At that point, pushing it further will not get you there.

You are loved and blessed.

Secrets, Aries, Scorpio

Wow, look at all the spiritual and cosmic energy.

Secrets refers to timing and things that are hidden. Do you feel like someone is dancing around the issue?

Aries has been with us this week giving us enthusiasm. Keep it up and stay with the people who are encouraging you.

Scorpio has a stinger. It most often stings itself, that is it's nature. There is a lot of spiritual energy in Scorpio . Look at the volume of stars. We also have a duality of the earth scorpion and the eagle.

Sometimes the zodiac cards refer to people. Do you know of an Aries and Scorpio? Keep that in mind when meditating.

There may be secrets going on around you. Rise above the petty talk and rumors. Pray and send energy to those in need.

You are blessed and loved.

Coins, Red Foxes, Secrets

We start our Monday with a symbol we haven't seen in awhile: the Yellow Coins. This is similar to the pentacles of the Tarot. The coins tell us of increase in value. You may notice the coin on the bottom and then larger coins are coming down. I hope this applies to the stock market as a whole since it has gone down so badly over the past month or two. This means increased prosperity in our life. A good time to get that lotto ticket or make an investment. Another meaning to this card is a more literal 'change' or changes are coming.

We then are presented by a challenge. The forward fox is looking at the coins and the change. It is something of interest. Are there CDs coming due with interest? If so, don't roll it over, banks allow the rollover to a lower rate. Go into the branch and move it to a higher rate. Also look for opening branches that are offering a bonus rate. Move your money to the higher rate bonus CD. The change will accumulate and increase through the power of compounding.

Yes, I'm telling you a secret. There are many financial secrets that aren't well known. I've spoke of one hidden (red foxes) one. Make it fun to find out other secrets that help build your prosperity.

Rev. Sherry & I have been doing prosperity meditations at the Institute for Spiritual Development in DC for years on the 1st Monday of each month (or 2nd if a holiday on the 1st) at 7:30 pm. All are invited. It is a wonderful way to learn and practice the 'Secrets of Prosperity' and bring more prosperity into your life. You are invited. Soon, we will begin putting some of our prosperity meditations in podcasting form on our new prosperity blog.

You are loved and blessed.

Gemini, The Lord's Benevolence, Secrets

The energy from Gemini starts us off this week. Here we see both the duality of male and female, light and dark, front and back. There is often a sense of inner conflict from the duality. Is there a decision to make that you are thinking about? Don't get lost in the analysis or carry the world on your shoulders. Ask your heart and follow your heart. I also see a relationship that has split. The man doesn't understand the situation and is now out of the picture. The woman is moving forward without him.

The Lord's Benevolence is with us always. In a Sermon by Prof. Finney in 1843, he said:"
I do understand the text as teaching that God is benevolent--supremely devoted to doing good--that all his powers are consecrated to the promotion of the highest good of sentient being. The Apostle, by the strong language of the text, surely does not mean to affirm that the nature or substance of God is love, but that his character or voluntary state is benevolent, and that it is infinitely so, that benevolence constitutes the whole disposition or state of his will, and that his character is constantly and eternally benevolent--not benevolent at one time, and selfish at another, but forever, and without change benevolent". In the end, good always triumphs over evil. I hope this brings you great joy.

Secrets. Watch the timing. There are things that are hidden. Choose the time to make your connection. As I look at the Antakarana and circles, I'm drawn to the drilling into the caverns of the mine. I'm hearing Tuesday will be the break through. Keep the miners in your prayers and their families too.

Secrets, Big Wish, Road of Indecision

Secrets are often kept until the time is right. It is now. There are secrets being unveiled. Some secrets embarrass as they bring information to light. Other secrets are beneficial when let out. The circles remind us that sometimes we are in the circle - in the know and other times not. It's a matter of attunement, so tune in.

The big heart with the other hearts of different patterns is our Big Wish. When it appears, we get our big wish. Touch into your highest self and make your wish. Is your wish your heart's desire? There is such love in this picture. We consider our heart, the place of love within us. Touch into your heart and touch the Divine.

The 'Road of Indecision' is a long one. It has been coming up a lot lately. Is there confusion? Have you taken a diversion from your path. It may be time to rethink where you are. Take a look at the big picture and go where your heart takes you.

You are loved and blessed.

Benevolence, Secrets, Fool

Monday, Monday... It's what you want it to be.

The Lord is Benevolent. Feel his benevolence in your life. Be open to the seeds given to you. Nurture them and share your gifts, just as you are given.

Secrets appear in your day. Things that are hidden. Call upon spirit and your guides. Use your intuition and dispel the illusion. See what is behind the curtain and what is really happening.

The fool is watched over by the Divine. The fool is one who has innocence, joy and trust in God. It's ok to take risks. Like the turtle, stick out your neck and you can move forward.

As we start the week, think of the seeds within you and your gifts. They are the from the benevolent Lord. Use your intuition. See what others don't. Take some risks and enjoy the rewards of the journey. With these gifts, you can bridge from earth to Spirit.

You are loved and blessed.

Secrets, Gemini, Butterflies

Look at the Spiritual energy coming in today.

The Yellow Secrets sign is on. Time to take a look at secrets and see if they still need to be kept. Spirit circles round and round, dipping low and then going high. Tap into Spirit and and see what secrets are revealed to you.

Gemini hasn't come up for us in quite a while. See the female and male. We have both male and female withing us. Are you in touch and integrated with your opposite? If you aren't then you may be challenged to see your other aspect. Geminis can see both sides of an argument, which makes it difficult to decide. Gemini demonstrates the polarity in each of us. If we are having difficulty seeing the other side of something, call on Gemini for assistance in the analysis.

Aren't butterflies beautiful? Yes they are. They are most wondrous beings. They transform from the caterpillar and grow wings to fly among the beautiful flowers. One message of the butterfly is transformation for us. I know of a couple that will be married this afternoon at 4pm. They are transforming their lives by this act. There are so many ways our lives are transformed. What do you have in mind. Sadly, butterflies don't have a long life, therefore, the happiness is only temporary. The Divine is with us always, helping us in our tranformation. Do you see the light?

A great day ahead of us. No red emotional challenges. The power of Spirit and the stars shine on us. Find some happiness and enjoy.

You are loved and blessed.

Yellow Secrets, Green Candle, Green Open Door

The Yellow Secrets shows circles and circles with the Antakarana, often called the Rainbow Bridge or bridge to higher and higher levels of consciousness. The bridge is not fixed and is moving. Is it moving lower then higher? What are secrets? They are things that are not know to all. Meditate, touch into the higher realms and discover what is not known. This is the highest manner of learning, from Spirit. Open to this learning.

The Green Candle also speaks of learning. When light is placed on a subject, we observe and learn. Let your light shine. If we know, then we can teach. If we don't, we can learn. Open you heart too, as we learn not just with our mind, but with our heart too.

The Green Door of Opportunity is open for us today. Doors which have been closed to us before are now open. As we step out, we see that we have been protected in our confinement. What we see as we step out, is wide open spaces. There are fences or barriers, but they are a ways off. Opportunities that are taken lead to growth. Note the lower and the upper doors are both open. This applies to both the lower and higher parts of us. What will we experience as we go forth?

One yellow of high nature and two green. No challenges or things to hold us back today.

You are loved and blessed.
