When we are in a relaxed state, in the present, we are much more in balance and relieved of the stress of the world around us. Relax and hum or sing your favorite songs.

The affect of not being heard is that it leads to melancholy then procrastination and lethargy. One must transcend this with positive thinking.

The woman tells us to go inside and look for both knowledge and wisdom by following our intuition.

Find the truth. Raise yourself up by raising your vibrations. Touch into the Divine within. Remember that with sadness, this too shall pass.
