We are starting our Spring Kundalini Yoga series this morning. Kundalini Yoga is a self healing modality with Kundalini energy. Archangel Raphael looks as if she is in a pose or maybe getting out of a yoga pose - asana. She has such wonderful energy. She is 'Healer of God'.
The green is healing and growth. The red is adversity - we can handle it. Let - allow it to be 'Magical'.
