Happy Black Friday. People are out in a frenzy to get the bargains this morning. People go from store to store, like the butterfly getting the nectar of the plants.There is a transformation going on. It is a change of consciousness. Our world is in a state of change also, in the bigger picture. Can you feel the change?
Butterflies signify temporary happiness as well as transformation. Lets pray that our transformation gives us wings.
How do we maintain balance while going through the changes? Meditation is the answer. Get centered by watching your breathing, while in a quiet place. As you find yourself relaxing, let go and listen. Keep listening and tune in to your Divine Presence.
This connection opens the channel for all abundance to flow. Not only abundance, peace, love and true happiness that lasts flow.
Even a short meditation is better than none.
Meditation is another form of prayer that makes that connection. I'm seeing the flow of energy coming right to you.
