It could be what we see and hear in the news.  It could be what we read in the paper.  It could be what others are saying.  It could be the number of days until Christmas.

These kinds of things push the buttons and make us feel the fear and panic.

What can we do?  Face it and keep moving forward.  Get your feet back down on the ground and start breathing deeply to calm down.

Butterflies tell us of transformation. We have embraced the idea for change in that we all have had enough of the past. Time to move forward.

There is great anticipation, expectation, joy and peace with the upcoming days.  There is a new beginning, more potential and unfolding to come.

There is healing taking place. There is movement and a shift in the consciousness.

Some of the flowers have not fully open on the plant, but they will.  That's you and all humanity opening at this time.

The Angel of Death is ready to cut the ties.  Are you ready for it?  No, I'm not talking about physical death.  We are saying, "about time to end this stuff and begin anew"

The Pale Horse is the Card of Fear, especially physical fear.

Today, you may be dealing with some issues of fear or panic.  Take a deep breath, count to 10 and move forward.

When fear comes up, it blocks our ability to see options.  It puts blinders on us.  That little bean sized gland, the amygdala, wants us to fight or take flight.

Listen to the message, as it may refer to an issue of safety.

Capricorns know about fear.  They develop their sense of fearlessness by facing their fears and winning over them.  This is part of their life lessons.

You too can learn from the Caps.  Walk through your fear.  If it seems to stop you, take action.  Fear doesn't like action.  It wants you to be in the fearful state.

As the Ghost Rider says, "You can't live in fear, you can't live in fear".

You can overcome your fears.  Take action, the Universe loves you when you do.

The top spins as you pump the handle.  As the energy is used up, it begins to wobble.

Is it time now?  Is it time to realize?  Are there invisible forces helping now?

Are there emotional shifting of values?  Is there a change of ideas or perspective.

These are some of the questions that may come to mind with the Labyrinth or Secrets.  There is high energy coming from all levels.  Does this remind you of the convention or some other activity.  

Let the self come forth.

This is the card of fulfillment.  Can you hold the idea and see it manifest?

The Victory Horse is also called the Golden Horse.  It is the card of intuition.  It is about victory in completion.  It signifies passing of a test.

What tests are we working on today?  Are you following the Olympics?    This may be the passing of a Spiritual Test.  Does that help?  Are you following you intuition as you guide for life?

The Golden Horse gives us a warning to not be content or self-important over one victory.

This horse has been with us several times last week.  There is another test today.

How do we process the test?  Discipline of course.  You didn't think it was going to be an easy task, did you?

You may be feeling unhappiness of an emotional nature, possibly related to physical difficulties.  Whip tells us to use a great mental effort.  It will strengthen our character and affect our karma.

Call in your teacher also who guides you in your discipline and thank them for all they do. 

Remember, it is up to you to perform the discipline.

Don't you love it when we get another challenge as an outcome?  Think of it as another test taking you to a higher level, especially on a Spiritual level.

You have worked with fear before.  You know it as a safety measure and protection.

There may be a need for a swift decision.  Do your research as part of the discipline so you can chose wisely and swiftly.

Turn the weakness into a strength.  Hold the emotions in check.  Deal with the situation and don't give into the stress.

The pale horse is back with us today.  It has moved to first position.

Fear and panic is the pale horse's message.  Seems a little unusual for a Sunday, doesn't it?

Pay attention to what is happening today.  Let the fear and panic go with the pale horse.   Get the message and let fear ride away.

Balance is Libra's message.  When we are balanced energy flows without obstruction.   Get grounded, look at what is in our way of balance and work on it.

Sounds simple enough.  What are the obstructions?

Sunday's are great days for relaxing.  My Gram-ma was always opposed to working on Sunday, other than fixing meals.  Honor the Lord, he taught us to rest on the 7th day.  Enjoy this day, the Lord has made.

Astrologically, Libra is followed by Virgo, the maiden.

Look at all the energy that Virgo is calling in through prayer.

Of course, prayer is an activity that Gram-ma and our Divine Father would both approve for Sunday.  You don't have to wait for Sunday to pray, but then millions join in with you.  Why not add your prayers to those from you brothers and sisters, everywhere.

Talk with God.  Share your thoughts and surrender your will to His.

We left the lid off the jewel box and were a little messy with the jewels.

Is the issue about our treasury?  Could be that we are concerned about  our finances.  The bears seem to keep the market down.  Let's send them back the the wild.

The necklace on the table reminds me of the Rosary.  Have you prayed yours lately?  Prayer helps, even if you don't have a Rosary.

Time to neaten up.

Fear drives us to panic.  I like a wild horse as well as the next, but not a fearful one.

Help the horse get it's feet back on the ground.

I bet the energy can take us far.

Like Johnny Blaze says, "You can't live in fear".

Ride.

 I looked at the bird and thought, "if you were Yellow, you might be Big Bird", but the bird is green.

Speak from the heart.  Don't just make noise.  Do something useful.

We are going to the "Concert:Classical with a Twist" tonight.  I don't think it will sound like birds squawking, but one never knows.  Maybe the green seabird is singing along with the classics.  I hope so.

How's your treasure?  If it is in gold and jewels, it's probably going up.  The mortgage situation continues to feed the bears, Bad News Bears.  Active management is the answer.

What is the real treasure though?  Is it gold or silver?  There are other things of value more precious.   Agree?  How about love or wholesome relationships, people close to you, your connection with the Divine, just to name a few.

Consider all the blessings you have, not what you have not.

The pale horse panics with fear.  Fear is an emotion that is a messenger and an energy.

Use the energy to give you power.  Be energized not with fear but with purpose, with soulful energy.  Use your strengths.

Get your feet on the ground.

This too shall pass.

Take time to play.  Find the little child within and check your piggy bank.  Put some coins in it for that rainy day.

Get some bubbles and see how many you can blow.  Fly an airplane.  Throw a boomerang.  Play your kazoo or flute.

I had a boss once who used to say, "You aren't doing it right unless it's fun".  Find your passion and use it.

"What is yours can never be taken away from you.  What is not, you can never hold on to."   The Moon is nearly full.  It has been in  Sagittarius and moves into Capricorn today.  Sag is ruled by Jupiter, the expansive energy.  Maybe Saturn can slow the fall of the markets and give us time to work things out and improve the financial picture.

Good morning Lord of Authority.  Will it be a challenge for us today to start?  First you say hello, then you speak with authority.  Where does the speech originate?  From the mind?  From the heart?  From the emotions?  From our little will in the throat center?  No, you say, speak from your higher will.  When you speak with authority from your higher will, then "Thy will be done".  We got it.

Its summer and the butterflies are flying.  They are pollinating the flowers.  They are happy in the warm sunny air of the Earth.  We too can find happiness.  Is it found from going from one flower to another?  No.  Happiness must come from within and shared with others.  Find that place of happiness within.  Go there and touch into Spirit.  Connect with the Divine.  Let your light shine and others too.  Inspire them with your light and your love.  Like St. Francis, "make me an instrument of Your Peace".

The pale horse rises in fear.  How are the emotions?  Are we balanced?  Do you know what your buttons are and who pushes them?  Get those feet back on the ground.  Breathe deeply for 90 seconds and it will pass.  You have the strength and can access the wisdom.  Hear the message of emotions.  Use the emotions to test your options and empower you.  Don't give your power away.  You have choices to make, but not out of fear.  Listen to your heart.

Go to the Lord in prayer.  Experience the oneness that we are and let go of fear today.

Fear and panic seem to be driving the horse mad.  Fear is not real unless you make it so.  Dispel the illusion.  Get your feet back on the ground and look what comes next.

Libra, with the scales of balance is how we work through this situation.  Strive for balance today.  Add some to one side or take some from the other to bring balance.

The door is open.  Opportunity abounds.  Take advantage of this time.  No tellin' how long the door will be open.

Looks like a red letter day, doesn't it.

Fear and panic have shocked the Pale Horse. Get your feet back down on the ground. Emotions can set us off. Be in the present moment and you become the observer rather than reacting.

The red bed is empty. What is it telling us? With all the red emotional level energy, poor sleep is the answer. With the pale horse, I'm thinking 'Nightmare'. Maybe not the fantasy horse, friend of Casper. Fear and emotions can certainly affect our sleep and give us nightmares. I suggest reading some Spiritual readings before sleep. Say your prayers and raise your thoughts to higher levels. Ask for angels to surround and protect you while you sleep, then sleep like a baby.

There is more here going on than we see. The foxes tell us there are clever acts and hidden actions. Throw some light on things. A wonderful meditation is the Buddhic Column. See white light coming down from above bringing light and truth. Chanting Ra-Ma also works well to clear the fog

Fear is a messenger only - False Evidence Appearing Real. See the truth.

There are times when I see the empty bed as separation in a relationship. This message is reinforced by the Foxes, where one stays stationary and another moves away. Separation can allow for healing and allow time for re-thinking the situation.

Destiny can be hard to deal with, but we do.  It says that things are fairly fixed in the design.  Be reminded that we have free will - with limits.  Things are as they should be.  Make the best of it.  Bless it.

The beautiful woman sits beneath the weeping willow.  Is there sadness, headache?  I sense deep concentration and going within.  Get to the core of the matter, find the truth.  Be in the present moment where there is happiness.

The pale horse rears up and shows panic.  FEAR can make one do have all kinds of negative reactions.  "What you resist persists", says Ekhart Tolle.  The ego gets us into so much stuff.  Find yourself in the present, where there is no fear.  Make the shift.  Bless it.

We start and end the day with challenges as we work with the energies of Monday.

The frogs are singing a great song.  They call to the Universe for rain and it happens.  Of course, "It's Springtime".  They love it.  Can you hear the raindrops dancing with joy as they fall to Earth?  The rain also brings out the mold spores which some folk have allergic reactions.  The meaning is one of expanding your consciousness.  Meditation is a good method and better than taking the mushroom.  Use the silence to connect and expand your consciousness. 

The Magical Horse is on the track and making good progress.  A wonderful message for the day.  Stay on track.

Archangel Gabriel is back with us.  She is still telling us to listen.  We haven't gotten the message yet.  Keep listening.

Leo brings us a message of action this morning.  You have the courage within you.  Take that action you need to do.

The Pale Horse is in a panic.  Get your feet back on the ground and take your paces.  Stability is important.  Get grounded.  When you walk through your fear, you realize how the fear was worse than the issue you faced.

The twins of Gemini tell us of our dual nature: physical and spiritual, light and dark, male and female,  mental and non-mental.  Resolve the inner conflict and move forward.  The Force is with you.

Looks like a tough day ahead, but you are armed with insight.

The gate is closed and barred.  You know to wait a little while, use patience and look at alternatives and options.  When we are in the present, we can see more options.  Go there.

The pale horse has panic in its eyes.  It appears to be startled and reactive.  Get your feet on the ground.  You can ground yourself in many ways.  You already know how, so get on with it.  Be in the present, grounded and an observer.  Ask yourself what issue is generating the reactive emotions.

We haven't seen the legal papers in a good while.   What do you see in this picture?  Do you see music in the background?  Certified documents?  Stationary?  A manuscript?  A journal?  There is healing possible.  Journaling is a wonderful way to express the emotional energy and get to the core of an issue.  Who knows, it might be the source of a best seller.  Wouldn't that be a hoot.  You would whistle all the way to the bank.

You may be feeling blocked / locked in.  Panic sets in.  Sit down and write a song, write a story and write how you are feeling about it.  Write the way you would like it to be.  Write how you feel when you are free/ unblocked and not in panic.  Shift yourself to that place and move on.

Capricorn, you goat, are seen as dependable, grounded and fearless. Cappy is the time of winter and winter ends officially tonight, at 5:40 UT. We experience a time of balance of light and dark. The time of the vernal equinox is at hand. From ancient times and even now in Iran, spring begins the new year of the earth. In the Christian calendar, Easter is determined by this date. With the resurrection of the sun on a solar level, we recognize the resurrection of the Christ consiousness in us. Yea spring, so long winter and thanks for our mild one, Archangel Gabriel.

The yellow page takes a step up. A breakthrough is possible today into higher realms of consciousness. Esoterically, there is an inflow of energy that comes into the earth with the spring. Archangel Rafael ushers it in. With this spring energy, new projects can get that burst of energy needed to be successful to move forward. Go for it and move forward.

The pale horse rears up and is ready to charge forward. Use the emotional energy to move you. Be in the present, conscious and grounded rather than reactively emotional.
