Pale Horse, Open Door, Candle

The Pale Horse is the Card of Fear, especially physical fear.

Today, you may be dealing with some issues of fear or panic. Take a deep breath, count to 15 and move forward.

When fear comes up, it blocks our ability to see options. It puts blinders on us. That little bean sized gland, the amygdala, wants us to fight or take flight.

Get your feet back down on the ground and stabilize.  I'll not let fear rule me is your mantra.

What has opened the door? Or Who? It is the door of opportunity. What is the opportunity? It is different for each of us. This might be a great time to begin making some changes guided by your meditations.

This is the card of changing Dimensions. Emotionally the power is moving into a more constructive area. There is mental expansion. If you are planning a new project, put the project plan in thought form and place it at the open door.

How long will the door be open? What lies on the other side? What is our next step?

The candle is the symbol of wisdom. Find that wisdom today. "It is better to light one candle then curse the darkness" is a very slight on the less common "Chinese proverb" "'Don't curse the darkness - light a candle." The advice given is "if something is wrong, do something about it rather than complain."

Can we throw some light on the situation today?. Light can help us see more clearly.

Candle light also creates a warm environment.

TODAY'S ENERGY: 

Looks like a red letter day with 2 red cards, challenges today.  First we have to deal with our fears, especially of physical issues.   Be in the present and get/stay grounded.  Look for the open door and opportunity that may present itself.  We can also meditate and focus on being present which means to stay out of the past and future that is only in our head.  Be in touch with your heart and BE in the present.  Light a candle and bring in some more light, understanding and wisdom.  May you see more clearly with the light on it.

Remember, challenges bring growth as we succeed.
