Butterflies tell us of transformation. We have embraced the idea for change in that we all have had enough of the past. Time to move forward.There is great anticipation, expectation, joy and peace with the upcoming days.

Today's Tuesday, time that most people take this day to do work. Are you still relaxing? If you had a busy week then today may be great for relaxing and regenerating. We used to call it a mental health day at my work.
Can you take time for some physical pleasure today? I hope you do with the one you love.
Relaxing is about enjoying the down time and recharging your batteries. You can love and accept your lower self as it is the Earthly part of who you are. Do some singing and listening to music.
Archangel Raphael tells us of enthusiasm. She exhibits the enthusiasm in her expression. This a wonderful energy. Enthusiasm is infused with Spirit, just as the energy she brings in and heralds in Spring.Raphael tells us to make a new beginning. There is new energy to support you and help you on your way.
