Totem, Pale Horse, Taurus

The Totem is all about family. It is our connection with the past. It is the karma we bring into this life. It is about genetic influences. Yesterday, I heard that we are all 99.9% the same. That's pretty close to saying we are all one. Genetic connection is being studied world wide.

Does the connection with family help or hurt. It can do either or both.

The Pale Horse is the Card of Fear, especially physical fear.

Today, you may be dealing with some issues of fear or panic. Take a deep breath, count to 15 and move forward.

When fear comes up, it blocks our ability to see options. It puts blinders on us. That little bean sized gland, the amygdala, wants us to fight or take flight.

Get your feet back down on the ground and stabilize.  I'll not let fear rule me is your mantra.

Taurus, you seem to be in a calm and balanced state. Your ears are back and your attention is looking up.

How do we feel? Are we balanced today? When we look up, what are we thinking? Are we lifting our thoughts and consciousness up?

At least we are grounded with all our feet on the ground. We have great strength and a good nose for things. We are also very practical, right?

The word 'patience' often comes to me when I see the bull.

We are all one family.  We thank our ancestors and Spirit.  Are we recognizing our connection?  We may experience some physical fear today, but we don't have to be fearful.  Stay grounded with Taurus energy.  Look at the beauty everywhere and everyday.  Being grounded helps us stay in the now.
