The weeping woman is coping with the discouragement, frustration and lack of physical energy and enthusiasm.

There is a physical need for rest or change. She is overcoming emotional strain and reconsideration of problems and the situation.

Use the insight you have and determine your real needs and move forward on them.

Insight comes from intuition.  Go within in meditation and find your vitality and strength.

The gnomes tell us not to give up. There is progress through perseverance. Is your perseverance wavering a little today?

In the morning, we get together with others and do happy work.  How will this turn out?  Don't let the emotional sadness, disappointment, etc. affect your day.  That is the challenge.  Just work at keeping that feeling of being with happy people and the great time of meeting and sharing with other people.  It doesn't have to end, keep it flowing and keep up the work.  Our progress may be slow, but it is steady.
