The Pale Horse is the Card of Fear, especially physical fear.
Today, you may be dealing with some issues of fear or panic. Take a deep breath, count to 10 and move forward.
When fear comes up, it blocks our ability to see options. It puts blinders on us. That little bean sized gland, the amygdala, wants us to fight or take flight.
Listen to the message, as it may refer to an issue of safety. Then let the emotion of the fear go, release it and move forward.
The mushroom is symbolic of higher consciousness. That's what we've been talking about. A shift of consciousness to a higher level.
In some cultures, taking the sacred mushroom raises their consciousness. We all know that raising our consciousness is not as easy as it is talking about it. It takes discipline, practice, meditation, right living, etc. It's not easy, but it can be done with effort.
Sometimes having another like minded person to work with you is very helpful. Group work can build energy to assist us in raising our vibration and level of consciousness. Where is your group or mentor? A new teacher may be coming to you.
Look out, here comes Jack popping up and giving us a surprise. Does fear or surprise knock you off baance? Ask for a teacher to assist you. They will teach you but not do it for you. It really works. Need insight? Ask your guides and be open to them. Tap into the flow and be One. Find your balance and ask that the surprise may be one from Spirit filled with abundance of love.
