Capricorn, Serpent, Lord of Contemplation

Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, who slows progress. This allows you more time to do what you need to do.

Fearlessness is a trait of the Capricorn. Facing fears and moving on through them gives you power and self confidence.

The picture of the Capricorn has the tail of a fish - power in the lower half and able to move through water with a flick of the fins. The head is of the goat - sure footed in the mountains and able to traverse the tricky path.

Note the serpent has doubled back.   Serpent tells us to use care where we step.

Do you see the serpent's tongue testing and sensing. We could emulate this being and be wiser. How much do we sense before acting? The serpent is also connected to the Earth. So are we, yet we ignore our Earth Mother.

Be in the present as you move forward.   Use the power with wisdom.

Can you concentrate and enter into deep meditation? Give it a try or keep trying.

Before making a decision, do you give it great thought or just make it without thought?

Do you get in touch with your higher self and follow the inner guidance?

You have the power, it is in your hands. As you ponder consider all sides. See the unseen and keep asking for insight.

Give thought to those things that are important to you.

What is Capricorn tell us today?  Serpent tells us to watch our step and be alert.  Be in the present and appreciate the Earth.  (Capricorns are a grounding person and also very earthy.)  Hmm, let's think about all this.  Were is there opportunity for growth?  Aha, being alert and having great power.  Applying the power to good cause and highest good.  Don't think about it too much, just enough.
