Swamp, Butterflies, Chalice

The swamp cautions us not to be overwhelmed. Clarity may be difficult with the swamp's muddy waters. Are you in muddy waters or is that your thinking?

Watch your step in the swamp. It is wise to test the path ahead before making a commitment. Have you been sinking because of a misstep?

Watch for emotional trickery going on. Keep an eye on things. There may be alligators and snakes you can't see in the muddy water. Our friend Bill reminded us this past week of the old saying, "Its hard to remember we had planned to drain the swamp when there are alligators bitting our backside".

Butterflies tell us of transformation. We have embraced the ideas from our Higher Self. Time to move forward.

There is great anticipation, expectation, joy and peace with the upcoming transformative days. The butterflies pollinate and help the flowers to unfold. You are the unfolding flower and we are connected by the branches. How beautiful you are.

There is healing taking place. There is movement and a shift in the consciousness. Are you ready for it? I know you can adapt.

The time is ripe, happiness is in the now. See you there. Come join us.

The Chalice is the card of Holiness. It relates to Spirit.

Some people see the vine above and left of the Chalice as dropping liquid into the Chalice. Each drop fills the cup.

Some decks consider the Chalice as the Holy Grail. It is what we quest. Like the Virgo, it takes a pure heart and highest ideals.

When we started a meditation course in seminary, the first meditation book spoke of the chalice as the cup that receives the drops of Divine nectar, the results of our work. This is why it is important for us to meditate and to use our intuition. The more we do, the more the cup is filled.

Use your intuition especially as you meditate and pray. Tune into your higher self, your soul. Listen with your intuition. Wow, go for it.

As you fill the cup of blessings for others, you cup is filled. "your cup runeth over, surely goodness and mercy (love) shall follow you all the days of your life and you shall live in the house of the Lord, forever."

Call upon the Higer Self to help. They love to serve with joy. Let Spirit fill your Chalice with the water (the fluid of life) that never runs dry.

Today is a very emotionally overwhelming day.  Yesterday, our loving daughter (age 42) passed while we were trying to get her to the ER.  Over the past few years, she has suffered so much pain with degenerated disks, fibermyalgia, etc.

We are overwhelmed with disbelief and sadness.  We know she is in no more pain and is in a happier place, making her transition.   She has taken the Chalice and returned to Spirit.  I know she is always near and in our hearts.  Fly lightly like the joyous and beautiful butterflies.

We know we are all loved and we are blessed.
