Today, you may be dealing with some issues of fear or panic. Take a deep breath, count to 15 and move forward.

When fear comes up, it blocks our ability to see options. It puts blinders on us. That little bean sized gland, the amygdala, wants us to fight or take flight.

Listen to the message, as it may refer to an issue of safety. Then let the emotion of the fear go, release it and move forward.

Aries is about new beginnings. There is an inflow of new energy to give us a new start.

Each night we go to sleep and then awaken to a new day, a new opportunity a new beginning (again or for the first time).

Tap into the energy. Draw it to you to accomplish the things you wish to get done.

We have this 1st month of the astrological year and 1 to get us going toward our goal of living consciously with Mother Earth.

The Gnomes will work with us, although the progress is slow. We can transcend the mundane and our lower self thoughts to a higher level. We can stop using fossil fuels and use more natural and self sustaining sources of energy. It may take some fear of lack to move us in the right direction. The Ram tells us to start with today.
