Gate, Totem, Pale Horse

The gate is shut and barred. What can we do? We can wait for a little better time.

There is purpose in the shut gate. If you can't move forward, might as well enjoy it. Time for some conversation today and quiet time.

It may simply be a matter of time. The gate doesn't stay closed forever. Is there another way around the gate? The blocks may be small. Take them one at a time. Don't let your size or lack stop you. You can grow.

The Totem is all about family. It is our connection with the past. It is the karma we bring into this life. It is about genetic influences.

There is great power in the Totem and the connection with our ancestors. Draw upon that power and to the Earth. We can make a difference in so many ways. Ask Earth Mother what you are to do, then do it.

The movie 'Avatar' reminds us of our connection with Earth Mother. Remember that there are traces of our ancestors in our DNA. We are from them. We have, however, our choices at this time. Look for karmic bonds.

What has caused the Pale Horse to rear up in panic and fear? Was it the Closed Gate? Overcome the fear and move forward in a non-reactive / present way.

What can we do? Face our fears and keep moving forward. Get your feet back down on the ground and start breathing deeply to calm down. Breathe through the left nostril, the calming breath.

Realize what you can control and what you can't. Remember the 'Prayer of Serenity"?

You have power and great strength to use. One can use the power in fear or not. Use it and the power of the Totem in a positive way. Your choice.

We see the emotions in both the Gate and Pale Horse. We can allow the imagination and emotions to run amok or we can give thought to what the reality is. In meditation and the present moment, we are able to think and see more clearly or with clarity. Do it. Remember that FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real. Use your intuition or other tools to clarify. It is whatever you make it.

On another level, the Gate is closed for now. Why not spend some time with family. Your traits of presence, grounding and stability can help others who have panic attacks. You can make a difference in other's life.

You area loved and blessed.
