Chalice, Pale Horse, Weeping Woman

The Chalice is the card of Holiness. It relates to Spirit. Is it the lost grail cup? Is if full of Spirit? Are we the Grail, the Chalice?

On the mundane, it could refer to a drinking party.

See the drops from the vine filling up the cup? Is it water or wine. Does it matter? Do you see it full or empty? Are you drinking from Spirit? Are you receiving Spiritual Blessings? Even more importantly, are you giving blessings?

Are you filling yourself with 'Loving Kindness (Metta)'? Maybe you should.

The Pale Horse is the Card of Fear, especially physical fear.

Today, you may be dealing with some issues of fear or panic. Take a deep breath, count to 10 and move forward.

When fear comes up, it blocks our ability to see options. It puts blinders on us. That little bean sized gland, the amygdala, wants us to fight or take flight.

Listen to the message, as it may refer to an issue of safety. Then let the emotion of the fear go, release it and move forward.

I sometimes think that the Weeping Woman card is the saddest one in the deck. She seems melancholy, maybe weeping. The tree is a weeping willow. She is drawn into almost a fetal protective position.

Alternatively, the woman may be laughing so hard she is trying to recompose.

The woman tells us to go inside and look for both knowledge and wisdom by following our intuition. Find the truth. Raise yourself up by raising your vibrations.

My son said to me lately, "Nothing seems to be what it is". Spirit is what is behind it all, but we may not know what Spirit sees. Seeking wisdom and the light fills us with understanding and with blessings and God's love. How often when things go wrong do we turn to the Divine. When we forgive and let go, we can heal and move forward. Bring in more light. You are not alone. Spirit is always with us, in the dark and in the light.

At first glimpse of today's reading, There is a need for connection with Spirit. Face your fears and see what comes out the other side. Go deep within to find the clarity and understanding you seek.

Every day, go within and dispel the illusions of fear (false evidence appearing real). Weep with tears of joy.
