Begin by setting your intention to be healed. How you say? By tapping into the Divine and saying to yourself mentally, I intend to be healed. I intend to bring into balances my physical and energy bodies. I intend to be open and receive the healing energy that is all around me. I intend to forgive myself and others and to release the pain and suffering that I’ve held within me. I now let go of the old issues that hold me back. I now open to the Christ Spirit and connect with it. The Divine Spirit flows into me and brings healing.
The start of new year gives us an opportunity to let go of the old and to open to the new. Set your intention to be open to the new energy that surrounds us and gives us healing. Set the intention to stay on the path of healing. You may wish to set an intention to come to the Healing Fairs and take in the waters of healing offered to help sustain the Divine Energy in this place.
