Self, Whip, Libra

Cosmic influences today too. Happy Apri 1st - The Fool. Can't help to think that The Self is like the Tarot Fool. What significance does it have for us today?

The Self is an interesting icon. We see energy all around the circles and the vine coming down through the center as from above to a lower level. It doesn't go all the way through. The Self with the capital S refers to our higher self, connected with the Divine. Looking at the circles reminds me of our various energy bodies. The intersecting lines breaking our time into 12 segments. Truly, we know of some of the cycles of life and of our own life.

The whip is an ancient symbol of discipline. In the symbolic language of our subconsciousness and our higher Self, we are being told that we must employ discipline to gain understanding of our Higher Self. Disciplines such as meditation, contemplation and observation. Even the discipline of making our bed in the morning has significance in that it it teaches us to be reverent to everything. To respect and honor all God's creation - everything.

Libra is symbolic of balance on both a cosmic and personal level. We need balance in our life to have a healthy life and to gain access to our Higher Self as well. The Earth needs our balance or our civilization is destined to follow the path of the Mayans and other ancient civilizations. Look at the Big Picture. When we find balance, we see how beautiful It is.

All the while typing this reading, tears of truth are being felt. The tears appear in the presence of Truth. Contemplate today's message. See where you need to bring balance and the discipline required.
