Butterflies, Gate, Weeping woman

Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.

Butterflies have gone south for the winter, but one of the meanings here is temporary happiness. Yesterday's celebration may have been really good for you. Butterflies are often also associated with transitions. Well, here we are on Black Friday, the busiest retail day of the year. On a spiritual level, materialism brings temporary happiness. We get a happy jolt when we buy something, but it doesn't last long and if you buy it on credit and extend yourself, then lookout when the bill comes.

The red gate's message is "NO". Don't go there. People were lining up at stores early last evening at the electronics store for today's sale. The doors are locked until early in the am.

The woman is sitting under a weeping willow tree. Is she sad or disappointed or is she trying to hold the laughter in? What do you see?

Today is a day that can be filled with temporary happiness. Spirit is telling you NO and putting a gate or block in your way. Don't be too disappointed if you can't get all your gifts on sale tomorrow. Remember, they only have a limited number of the great deals. Happiness is always good, but in this life, it doesn't last long. We have some challenges to work through today. I know you are up to it.
