The symbol of the weeping woman speaks to us of going inside. A teacher of mine has a saying: "If you don't go within, you go without". How true. Meditation is a process that requires practice.
The Noisy Bird signifies distractions. Life is full of distractions. Get past them. Ask if the noise is helpful or not. If helpful use it, otherwise name it as what it is.
The Lord of Contemplation tells us to give thought to - contemplate. Where are you? Where are your going? Are we there yet? Are there words that uplift you? Yes, contemplate love, God, Guides, Guardian Angels.
Through meditation and contemplation comes inspiration (in Spirit) and illumination.
This is a great day for healing and growth.
