God's Archangel of Light-Uriel, is with us today. Looking towards our challenge of reaching those on the other side of the veil. Ask for assistance from Uriel.
We may not be able to lift the gate to physically get to the other side where there are those who await us, but we can communicate with them and use our senses to project our consciousness. This will take effort and work. Add the light to our own emotional energy.
This is a time where we can use the light to reach deeper and deeper levels of consciousness. We can reach the rainbow bridge. What secrets await us? Use the light to attract to you that which desire.

Very inspiring post. I meditate daily and recently had a Kundalini energy awakening which was both scary and physically painful. It happened so fast that the energy got stuck in the crown of my head until I was finally able to accept. When I finally accepted and gave in, I literally felt as the energy flowed through me. I am an empath and am trusting my intuition more and more. I'd like to continue learning and becoming more and more intune and spiritual. Is there any practice you recommend aside from meditating?
