The Totem is all about family, especially Spiritual family. It is our connection with the past. It is the karma we bring into this life. It is about genetic influences.

There is great power in the Totem and the connection with our ancestors. Draw upon that power and to the Earth. We can make a difference in so many ways. Ask Earth Mother what you are to do, then do it.

The movie 'Avatar' reminds us of our connection with Earth Mother. Remember that there are traces of our ancestors in our DNA. We are from them. We have, however, our choices at this time. Look for karmic bonds.

The weeping woman is coping with the discouragement, frustration and lack of physical energy and enthusiasm.

There is a physical need for rest or change. She is overcoming emotional strain and reconsideration of problems and the situation.

Use the insight you have and determine your real needs and move forward on them.

Can we take some time to relax now? Is it time to gather with like minded people, sing together and be recharged?

Can we take time for some physical pleasure? Find the joy of being with one another. Share the joy.

Enjoy the down time and recharge your batteries. Love and accept your lower self as it is the Earthly part of who you are.

Make your day a wonderful day by connecting with your Spirit and physical family.  Enjoy nature.  Sit under a tree and meditate.  Exchange your emotions with the tree.  Not only do they exchange carbon dioxide for oxygen, they can also ground you and exchange emotions.  Relax, recharge and enjoy.
